Front-end Developer

Your mission

  • Working in a team that designs, implements and delivers Peerdom as a single page application
  • Developing our core map product and Peerdom Apps with a consistent user experience
  • Ensuring application stability and performance
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and solutions
  • Establishing and following high standards in software quality, testing, and security
  • Performing code reviews and writing code documentation
  • Writing and executing unit and integration tests
  • Crafting product requirements together with peers and representatives

Your profile

  • Experience in design and implementation of web applications with JavasScript / TypeScript
  • Know-how of at least one modern web framework such as Angular, React, Vue or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of CSS/SCSS and HTML
  • Good knowledge of the HTTP protocol
  • Excellent sense of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience and accessibility
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with backends using REST APIs or GraphQL

  • Language: English
  • Minimum level of employment: 60%.

Compensation

  • Salary range: 90,000 - 110,000 CHF for Switzerland. We determine salary depending on a transparent compensation model that accounts for geographic location, market value, and peer-reviewed competency.
  • Equity: Possible. We're happy to count you as one of the early peers at Peerdom, and we believe in shared ownership for those who want to help Peerdom succeed in the long-term.
